設備特點：

1. 溫度控制方式:進口溫度控制器,智能型PID溫度控制,精度高,穩(wěn)定可靠,并可根據(jù)作業(yè)環(huán)境調(diào)整工作參數(shù)。

2. 溫控精度: ±1℃

3. 安全裝置: 設置溫度安全系統(tǒng), 溫度失控或超過設定范圍,安全系統(tǒng)發(fā)出聲光報警,同時停止加熱。

4．系統(tǒng)設置: 加熱系統(tǒng)獨立作業(yè), 在關閉加熱系統(tǒng)后仍可以觀測到加熱平臺的溫度。

5．保護裝置: 設置非金屬邊框,對加熱板進行隔離,避免電池板在修復過程中玻璃劃傷或破碎。

6. 設置緊急按鈕,緊急情況可迅速處理并強制切斷整機電源。

7. 以電加熱形式進行加熱，通過電熱管傳導熱量，熱量散失量小，通過對加熱板進行溫度、隔熱、絕緣處理后有效提高轉(zhuǎn)換效率。

8. 通過溫度控制器調(diào)節(jié)溫度的上限值和下限值，可使工作臺在合適的溫度范圍內(nèi)進行工作。

3. Safety device: set up temperature safety system, safety system shall give out sound-light alarm and meanwhile stop heating once temperature is out of control or exceeds setting range.

4. System settings: Heating system works independently, and it is able to observe temperature of heating platform after heating system is shutdown.

5. Protective device: provided with non-metal trim to isolate from heating board and avoid scratching or breaking by glass during repairing of battery board.
